The Aura-Star Faithful Pendant is a beautifully crafted tribute that honours the unbreakable bond between you and your beloved pet. Designed to preserve the love and memories you shared, this exquisite pendant keeps a part of your cherished companion close to your heart.

Handcrafted in our UK jeweler’s workshop, the Faithful Pendant features a resin centerpiece that encases a small sample of your pet’s ashes, preserving them securely for years to come. The resin is meticulously formed and polished by skilled artisans before being set into a rhodium-plated sterling silver surround, offering enhanced shine and superior protection against tarnishing and scratches. This rhodium layer also makes the pendant hypoallergenic, perfect for sensitive skin.

Each pendant is as unique as the pet it represents, with customizable options, including a vibrant selection of colors to suit your personal style. Delivered in a sturdy presentation box, this keepsake is perfect for keeping your pet’s memory alive.

An ashes return kit will be sent to you upon ordering, complete with clear and simple instructions for sending your ashes to us securely. Once received, your jewelry will proceed to the crafting stage, ensuring every detail is handled with care and respect.

Note: This pendant is Rhodium-Plated. Rhodium is one of the rarest precious metals on Earth. We use it to add a protective layer over selected sterling silver jewellery, giving the silver an extra depth of shine and protection from tarnishing. It forms an extremely hard protective barrier, making the piece far more scratch-resistant, which is also good news for those who suffer from allergies to silver or nickel.

Nobody should be made to feel that their loss isn’t important because the bond they shared was with an animal friend. We designed the Faithful pendant to act as a bridge between two souls who meant more to each other than some people will ever understand.

An ashes return kit will be sent out once an order is placed. This will include FULL and simple instructions on how to send your ashes to us safely and securely. A ring sizer will be included for rings. Once received your jewellery will move to the crafting stage.

Returns

We understand how important your satisfaction is with a product of this deeply personal nature. Most of our products are bespoke, (made especially for you against you order), with some items containing ashes you have provided or engraving to your order. Due to this bespoke nature we cannot offer a return unless:

a. The product does not match the order.
b. The product is faulty.

In the event of one of the above reasons, please email us at info@keepingmemories.co.uk or ring us on 01482 352199. Please include your full name as per your order to help us track the initial order. If you have it, please include our invoice number.

If the return reason is fault or damage related, please take a photograph and include it in your email detailing the description of the fault.

If you wish to cancel an order, we will refund in full if work has not been started. If for example, ashes have been put into glass or engraving has started, we cannot offer any refund.

If the product is not bespoke, upon receipt of your email, we will send you a returns note. Goods must be returned within 14 days from the day after the goods are received/signed for. Goods must be returned in their original condition along with all packaging and paperwork. If returning goods you are under a duty to keep them in your possession and to take reasonable care of them until you return them.  All goods must be returned by a secure postal method at your own expense. You should retain proof of postage until we inform you that the returned items have been received safely by us. A full refund will be given excluding any postal charges included in the original purchase price. The refund will be made for the cost of the goods to the same method of payment used to place the order.

We want our clients to be happy with our products and services. We take great care to provide all items correctly, but on the rare occasion there may be an issue, we believe the above policy is fair and reasonable.
