How to Order

Order Process

1. At a M. Gartons branch, (Hull, Brough, South Cave and Hedon).

Stock and non bespoke items

We will supply immediately. If the item is not in stock, we will order and contact you when it is available for collection.

Bespoke items

We will take your order instructions, and if applicable, a teaspoon of the ashes. These will be forwarded to the manufacturer for delivery back to our branch. We will contact you when the product is available for collection.

2. Web site only orders.

Stock and non bespoke items

We will supply immediately. If the item is not in stock, we will order and contact you when it is available for collection.

Bespoke items

a.) Products containing ashes. 
We will send your ordering pack in the post which will contain everything you need to place your order with us and send the ashes. You only need one ordering pack to order as many items as you like.

This will be sent to the manufacturer, who will supply the finished product to you directly. (Please note all queries should be sent to Keeping Memories.)

b.) Products requiring engraving or fingerprint engraving. 
We will check your order and as applicable ensure you have given us your engraving instruction and copies of a fingerprint. We will liaise with the manufacturer and send your order onward to them. The manufacturer will supply the finished product to you directly.
